Who is Dr. Sleep Fix?

Welcome to the Sleep Fix Academy! I am Dr. Bijoy John, a board-certified sleep specialist with 25 years of experience in treating various sleep disorders in all age groups. As humans, we spend one third of our life in bed. This should be spent resting, not worrying or snoring. By getting a good night’s sleep you can be more energized to conquer the world and be a better version of yourself.

 

My aim is a pill/drug-free approach. I am offering a stepwise system to analyze the root cause of the problem. I am sharing my years of experience in dealing with such problems in various age groups. My strategy offers a long term and permanent solution to this poor sleep pandemic that has affected all of us.

 

I share my own struggles and the want to share the same principles to overcome this condition that all of us are vulnerable in various stages of our lives.

    My Vision

    Sleep is natural for humans and you should be in control. Yet we surrender this natural capacity due to various reasons like stress, conflicts, and worries. The current geopolitical climate, social media and the pandemic have added to this massive problem. My passion is to teach people how to reclaim their sleep and make it an easy process to start sleeping well again.

    There is so much wrong information out there and people often resort to pills, gadgets, apps and alcohol. These might offer temporary relief but will also lead them down a path of no return.

    My goal is to provide you a clear and simple path to good sleep. I want you to be in control of your sleep and liberate you from everything that is holding you back from good sleep and improved health and happiness. It is my life’s passion to bring peaceful rest to the world.

    Sleep Wellness is the BEST!Dr. John and Amy MonsonANP-BC are both caring and compassionate professionals. They listen!The CPAP testing and treatment have been life-changing for me, no more snoring or apnea (my husband is glad). I sleep well and wake up refreshed. I don't need any daytime naps anymore.     Amy was very good and helpful. i do wish that she had access to chart information that would have given her a better understanding of the paytient for treatment. This was not her fault but could be an improvement for the clinic.

    Dr Bijoy is great. He takes time to talk to his patients and gets to know them and their needs. He has years of hands on experience from inpatient bedside care.
